General

All orders placed online through this web site are accepted by AmperorDirect.com on these conditions of sale which supersede any other terms previously published, unless agreed in writing on AmperorDirect.com headed documentation by a Director of Amperor or AmperorDirect.com.

Purchases

All purchase transactions on the web are carried out through a secure server. Your credit card information is sent directly to a well known payment gateway and we only keep the last 4 digits of you credit card account number in our system for tracking purpose. Your transaction is safe with AmperorDirect.com.

Forms of payment include: Visa, Discover, MasterCard, American Express, Google Checkout, and PayPal.

Purchases within the state of Texas will be charged 8.25% sales tax.

On order completion, an e-mail acknowledgement with an invoice number shall be sent to the e-mail address provided at the time of registration/purchase.

Prices are subject to change without notice, although every effort will be made to keep pricing on the Web site up to date. No goods will be shipped at a price other than that quoted on the web site without first notifying the purchaser.

We reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund for any reasons.

Deliveries

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at the time of completing your on-line purchase.

Shipping will be within one (1) business day whenever possible. However, AmperorDirect.com reserves the right to dispatch within seven (7) business days without referring to the purchaser. If, due to unforeseen circumstances, shipping is not expected to be made within seven (7) business days, AmperorDirect.com will advise the purchaser of the expected dispatch date then the purchaser will have two (2) business days in which to cancel the order. If AmperorDirect.com does not receive a cancellation request from the purchaser within two (2) business days, then it will be taken as acceptance of the revised dispatch date.

Dispatches will be carried out using AmperorDirect.com's designated carrier to whom all delivery enquiries, quoting the specific tracking number, should be directed.

AmperorDirect.com will use reasonable efforts to meet delivery estimates but cannot accept any liability whatsoever for failure to do so however arising.

Whilst every effort is made to ensure accuracy, all specifications, illustrations or other details contained in any price list, product description, or otherwise communicated to the purchaser are intended to merely present a general idea of the product and nothing contained in any of them shall form part of the contract between AmperorDirect.com and the purchaser.

If the description of any products from AmperorDirect.com varies from that of the manufacturer's description, the manufacturer's description will be deemed to be the correct description, and shall take precedence over AmperorDirect.com's description.

Product performance and suitability

Unless any product performance figures, tolerances, characteristics or suitability have been expressly warranted by AmperorDirect.com, AmperorDirect.com shall be under no liability whatsoever for any failure to attain such figures or suitability, whether attributable to AmperorDirect.com's negligence or otherwise.

The responsibility for ensuring that products are sufficient and suitable for the purchaser's requirements is the purchaser's sole responsibility, save insofar as AmperorDirect.com have specifically advised the purchaser that the products are sufficient and suitable for the purchaser's purposes having been fully and accurately advised by the purchaser of his requirements.
