Emoticons are icons used in email or chat to indicate emotions or attitudes. I found them very expressive, ease to use and humorous. Some are really cute and Skype has done a great job designing them.

Skype Chat offers a large collection of emoticons. Many are hidden and only some are shown in the pull-up list. There are probably too many to be included in the limited space. The following table shows those I know. To use them, copy and paste in the Skype Chat windows.
