Lately, it seems the trend for VoIP phones is smaller and thinner. The P5D from Yealink bucks this trend and is targeted toward those want the feel of a real phone. The Yealink P5D has nice big buttons that are separated accordingly. If you have big hands, this is a great solution.

The Yealink P5D offers a dot-matrix graphic LCD screen -- blue backlight. Using Skype, you can scan through your contact list and make a Skype or SkypeOut call. This unit also features echo cancellation and noise reduction -- both a must for a mid level VoIP phone..

Note

Recent support contacts have indicated that Yealink products are not fully compatible with Intel processor-based Mac systems, and sometimes will not behave properly with some G5 systems.  We are working with Yealink to try and track down the cause of the problems so they may fix them, so keep checking back for more updates.
