MD500B is a multi-purpose device combining a finger pulse oximeter and a noninvasive wrist blood pressure monitor (NIBP) to give accurate blood oxygen saturation level (SpO2), systolic, diastolic and heart pulse rate measurements.

The digital fingertip pulse oximeter combines advanced technology with a stylish design. The outstanding interference resistance capacity against ambient light along with wide-range accurate measurement even in low perfusion make this fingertip pulse oximeter one of the best oximeters in the world. Featured with a large bright perfusion LED display which allows you to read in the dark and severe weather condition.

MD500B features the innovative wrist cuff, that is for a quick and proper fit both medium to large-sized wrist. It is easy to apply the cuff around your wrist without assistant and press start. In seconds, you blood pressure and pulse measurements will be displayed on the large digital panel. It has a 90-memory recall and you can track your blood pressure measurements as you progress.
