The advantages & key features of the actual Voltz Pedal board Power Supply System is the actual power that it supplies. Since you’re not tethered to a wall, you get absolutely no 60 cycle hum. And since each milli-Voltz DC to DC converter is DC to DC isolated, you get no ground loops either. Each pedal is actually isolated form itself so there’s no ground loops whatsoever. You get complete and entire silent operation throughout your pedal board.
Another positive is that it’s powerful. You’ve got a 6,000 miliamp-hour lithium ion battery. Now that’s powerful enough to run these pedals for about 24 hours straight. That’s a whole entire weeks worth of gigging & rehearsals.
Another thing is set up time. Set up time has just been reduced to the actual flip of the switch, the amount of time it takes you to turn on the actual pedals. And when you tear down, just flip the switch off, put the case back on & then you’re good to go. It actually even has wheels so you can roll off the stage.
You can also charge it anywhere since the Voltz Pedal Board Power Supply does have an AC & a DC to DC charger. This means that you can charge it in your car, in your van, in your bus. You can also charge it anywhere from 100-240 volts AC. So that means if you’re overseas in Japan, China, anywhere, you can charge this unit. So you don’t have to worry about any bulky regulators, or auto transformers. That’s all eliminated with the Voltz Power Supply System.
The Voltz Pedal Board Power Supply is completely expandable. In order to add another affect pedal to this power supply all I would have to do is purchase an inexpensive milli-Voltz DC to DC converter. These DC to DC converters come in 9 volt, 12 volt, 15 volt, 18 volt, 24 volt, and 40 volt. So, for every application, there is a power supply for it.
