Update 2010-0820: The latest published firmware, 4.18.1, has solved the major network stream and playback issue on the HDX-BD1. The machine is now an excellent stand-alone media player / streamer. The attached information pack was updated to the 1.4.18.1 version.

The HDX-BD1 Information Pack consists of two parts. The first half aims to create the right expectation for the potential HDX-BD1 buyers.
