Skype Support Phone Number
Skype does not have a support phone number and provides support via a ticket submission system. Skype is a relatively young company (service started in 2003). Its operation requires fine tuning and getting support can be frustrating. It is common to wait 2-4 days before getting a response. There are one official support channel and another avenue when the official channel does not respond.

Skype Forum
In the past, people posted their problems in the Skype Forum and the forum moderators and admins were able to help them. Lately, instead of posting the problem in an open discussion forum, they have asked that your help requests should be sent in forum private messages You can send requests to any moderator or admin. They do have some special access to the Skype support team. On the whole, they are knowledgeable and are willing to help.
When asking for help, be sure to include all the details, e.g. your Skype id, order number, account status (from your account info in Skype website) and the date when you submit the support ticket; otherwise you are wasting time as the moderator would ask you for similar information.
Do not post any sensitive information in the public forum, such as your credit card number, e-mail address and phone number.
