Possible Problems and Resolutions
Problem: Spo2 or PR does not displayed
Possible reason: Finger is not inserted correctly
Solution: Re-insert the finger
Possible reason: Patient's SpO2 value is too low to be measured
Solution: Increase your hands' blood circulation by rubbing them gently toegether for a few minutes. Try a few more times. If you can make sure that no problem exists in the product, please go to a hospital for exact diagnosis
Problem: Spo2 or PR reading is unstably
Possible reason: Finger is not inserted correctly.
Solution: Re-insert the finger
Possible reason: Excessive patient movement
Solution: Restrict patient / oximeter movement.
Possible reason: Patient has heart flutter or atrial fibrillation.
Solution: Try some more times. If you can make sure about no problem existing in the product, please go to a hospital for exact diagnosis
Problem: The Oximeter cannot be powered on
Possible reason: No battery or dead battery
Solution: Replace batteries
Possible reason: Batteries might be installed incorrectly
Solution: Reinstall the batteries
Possible reason: The Oximeter might be damaged
Solution: Contact local customer service centre
Problem: Display suddenly turns off
Possible reason: The oximeter will automatically powered off when no signal is detected in 8 seconds
Solution: Normal
Possible reason: Battery power is low
Solution: Replace batteries
Problem: "Error3" or "Error4" displayed on screen
Possible reason: Battery power is low

Possible reason: Receiving tube being shielded or damaged together with broken connector.
