How to communicate with Skype.
The following is a list of useful urls where you can submit your trouble ticket: You can use Skype Help section to resolve your problem yourself. If your problem is related to Skype Pro and Skype Unlimited, also read "Tidbits on Skype Pro" and "Tidbits on Skype Unlimited". If you have any Skype support issues, the first step is to search for solutions in Skype Help section. If unsuccessful, file a support ticket and wait at least 4 working days. Then you can post your problem in this forum and the moderators may be able to help you. The forum modulators are not Skype employees; but they do have some special access to the Skype support team. When posting in the forum for help, be sure to include all the details, e.g. your Skype id, order number, account status (from your account info in Skype website) and the date when you submit the support ticket; otherwise you would waste time as the modulator has to ask you for the information.
